- Contact information (name, email) when you book a demo or sign up

- Ad account data from connected platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — read-only access

- Ecommerce order data from connected stores — for performance analysis only

- Usage data (how you interact with Eddy)

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to provide the Eddy service — analyzing your ad performance and generating recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your advertising data to train AI models.

4. Third-party services

Eddy integrates with Meta Ads API and Google Ads API to read your campaign data. Your data is subject to their respective privacy policies. We access only the minimum data necessary to provide our service.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you use our service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@meeteddy.ai.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@meeteddy.ai.

7. Security

We use OAuth 2.0 for all platform connections. Access tokens are stored securely and never shared with third parties. All connections use HTTPS.
